Creating your personal account with Francs-Bourgeois is quick and easy.
Click on the account icon at the top right of the site, or open the menu from your phone. Then simply provide your email address and other requested details and confirm.
You can also use this registration link to create your account directly.
To modify your Francs-Bourgeois account, click on the account icon at the top right of the site, or open the menu from your phone. In your dashboard, you can update your personal information, like your name, email address, or shipping details. For important changes like password, email verification may be required.
If you wish to delete your customer account and all your personal data, contact us at support@francs-bourgeois.com or via our contact form .
Note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Order
To track your order at Francs-Bourgeois, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once it has shipped. Click the link to get real-time updates. You can also track your order on our website. Log in to your account, find your
order, then click on the tracking number.
To change or cancel your order with Francs-Bourgeois, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may make changes or cancel it. Once shipped, you will need to follow our returns procedure. For any modification or cancellation request, write to us at the email address support@francs-bourgeois.com or use our contact form on the website. The sooner you contact us, the better we can help you.
Your items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock, approximately two weeks after the pre-order ends. You will receive an email notification to be informed.
