Exchange
The exchange method at Francs-Bourgeois allows you to replace an item with another, of equivalent or greater value, under certain conditions. Here's how to do it:
1. Exchange request: Contact our customer service via email or the contact form on our website to request an exchange. Please be sure to provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
2. Exchange Conditions: Item must be in original, unused condition with all original labels and packaging. Some items, such as personalized items, may not be eligible for exchange.
3. Returning the item: After receiving authorization for exchange, return the item according to the instructions provided by our customer service. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping the exchanged item: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the exchange terms, we will ship the new item to the address provided.
